PENGANTAR

Dalam rangka perwujudan dan pelakasanaan Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia nomor 44 tahun 2009 tentang Rumah Sakit serta Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan R I nomor1684/MENKES/PER/XII/2005 tentang Organisasi dan Tata Kerja Rumah Sakit maka rumah sakit perlu membentuk keberadaan suatu Satuan Pengawasan Internal. Tujuan pokok dari suatu pemeriksaan internal adalah membantu agar para anggota organisasi dapat melaksanakan tanggung jawabnya secara efektif. Lebih luas lagi bahwa komponen sistem dapat berfungsi efektif sehingga sistem berjalan sebagaimana yang diharapkan. Supaya tidak terjadi kesenjangan dalam hal komunikasi audit maka pemeriksa internal lebih banyak menempatkan diri untuk membantu para anggota organisasi dalam menilai kinerja dan mengatasi persoalan atau hambatan yang terjadi sehingga dapat berfungsi secara efektif dan kinerja menjadi optimal. Hasil penelitian hubungan persepsi pegawai tentang audit internal dengan efektifitas audit internal di rumah sakit dan menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan.

Dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan rumah sakit dan perluasan jangkauan pelayanan pada masyarakat, status rumah sakit pemerintrah dialihkan menjadi perusahaan jawatan (Perjan). Namun begitu konsekuensinya, perilaku dan manajemen rumah sakit termasuk para petugas harus berubah dari birokratis menjadi manajemen perusahaan. Agar rumah sakit Perjan mampu memberi pelayanan bermutu dan mampu bersaing secara sehat dengan rumah sakit swasta, semua petugas di rumah sakit harus mengubah sikap dan perilaku menjadi petugas yang trampil dan profesional. SPI yang bertugas memeriksa keuangan dan operasional rumah sakit, memberi saran perbaikan dan bertanggung jawab ke direksi. Dengan adanya SPI rumah sakit mampu meningkatkan mutu pelayanan dan mengembangkan manajemen agar lebih efisien dan efektip, terutama dalam pengelolaan dana. Sedangkan pelayanan yang baik dan bermutu dapat dilihat dari, waktu tunggu pasien lebih singkat, petugas medis lebih ramah dan lebih perhatian. Kegiatan pengawasan fungsional dan percepatan good governence di rumah sakit diperlukan mengingat dalam pandangan internasional Indonesia menduduki tempat pertama dalam korupsi.

Pertumbuhan ekonomi yang mulai menampakkan hasil positif sekarang ini haruslah dihadapi dengan kesiapan untuk “berubah” dan keberhasilan dalam proses perubahan itu sendiri menuntut kemampuan dalam mengadopsi nilai-nilai pengetahuan dan praktek-praktek kegiatan rumah sakit yang berporos pada good governance. Dalam proses yang berlangsung secara cepat tersebut, posisi auditor internal sebagai pelindung asset rumah sakit sangatlah strategis sehingga ia harus berada dan berperan dalam setiap tahap perubahan (baca: perkembangan) kegiatan rumah sakit. Bagaimana seharusnya auditor internal berperan dan memposisikan dirinya dalam pertumbuhan rumah sakit yang diperkirakan akan mengalami tingkat akselerasi tertinggi beberapa tahun ke depan ini?

Oleh karena itu dalam suatu RS dibutuhkan auditor yang mampu menyusun rencana audit yang lengkap dan jelas, prosedur dan instruksi kerja yang terdokumentasi serta memiliki kompetensi untuk menghasilkan laporan hasil audit secara benar dan tidak memihak yang harus dilengkapi dokumentasi dan komunikasi serta tindakan koreksi yang efektif dan tepat waktu. Hal ini dapat dicapai melalui kombinasi dari pendidikan, pelatihan serta pengalaman kerja Dalam rangka memahami kedudukan, tugas pokok, fungsi serta kegiatan audit internal dalam entitas Rumah Sakit maka perlu dilakukan peningkatan kompetensi melalui pelatihan Internal Audit Rumah sakit. Pelatihan ini dibuat untuk memahami pentingnya pengendalian intern suatu Rumah Sakit untuk mencegah dan mendeteksi adanya kelemahan, membedakan antara kelemahan dan hambatan serta kendala dan beberapa hal mendasar dan spesifik dalam pengendalian intern (internal control).

Emotionally Intelligent Leadership

When two leaders possess similar intellect, the leaders that demonstrate higher emotional intelligence succeed more frequently. In fact, recent studies indicate that 25% of leaders’ success derives from raw intelligence, while 75% of their success stems from their abilities to understand the needs of their employees and build relationships with members of their organizations.

This course links emotional intelligence to practical leadership behaviors. In this course, leaders assess the emotional competence of their leadership behaviors and identify ways they can increase their emotional intelligence when leading others. This two-day course aims to provide a solid introduction to the principles of air conditioning and refrigeration. The course will provide a basic understanding of the types of air conditioning systems, applications and operating principles including both refrigeration and chilled water systems as well as basic ventilation needs and equipment. A key element of this course is to provide a thorough understanding of the fundamentals of the vapour compression refrigeration system, how it works, the key components and the characteristics of refrigerants.  The tuition will also introduce the student to the pressure/enthalpy chart and psychrometrics.

Latar Belakang Training Internal Control Understanding COSO  :

Saat ini organisasi sangat concern terhadap 4 (empat) hal yaitu Control, Risk Management, Governance & Assurance. Carbonate Reservoir Characterization

Description

The course introduces the participants to modern carbonate environments and explain how the constituents of a carbonate sediment become lithified and changed after deposition to provide potential reservoir rocks. Modern carbonate environments from particularly the Arabian/Persian Gulf and the Caribbean are examined in detail to provide a sense of scale and perspectice. Large scale carbonate architectures are discussed and illustrated from a sequence stratigraphic perspective with seismic scale examples illustrated from outcrop.

There are numerous illustrations of outcropping carbonates and evaporites from a wide range of depositional settings throughout the Phanerozoic.Petrophysical approaches to reservoir characterization of fields are illustrated with emphasis on fracture modelling, fluid saturation modelling and hydraulic flow units. A selection of carbonate oil and gas plays and fields from various parts of the world are discussed.

During the 3 day of this course, the entire drilling process will be discussed. The language of drillers – understanding their terminology. Understanding the abbreviations and acronyms associated with drilling. The process begins with identification of a target formation and discusses the equipment and procedures used to reach that target. This provides the background to explain all of the interacting variables involved in drilling wells. The remainder of the week involves detail discussions of the rig equipments and the functions of each, bits types, assembly, Casing, cementing, lost circulation, blowouts, under and overbalance.

The course will illustrate the drilling problems and how to detect and predict the problems considering the preventive action. Also discussing the primary technologies needed to understand the science, engineering, and art needed to create, or construct, a useful well bore. Although some mathematics, such as algebra, will be used in some of the discussions, the primary intent is to provide an understanding of the theory. The ability to calculate the various numbers will be very helpful, but not absolutely necessary, for comprehension of the procedures and theory.

The course provides a fundamental, basic knowledge of the intricacies of drilling fluid, drilled solids management, drill bits, drill string design, cementing, casing, safety, directional drilling and tools used, and a discussion of predominant problems such as stuck pipe and lost circulation.

Saat ini isu yang terkait dengan keselamatan pasien /patient safety telah menjadi isu yang sangat penting, bahkan menjadi isu global. Berbagai kasus kecelakaan yang terjadi di berbagai institusi kesehatan telah menjadi kasus yang mengkhawatirkan banyak pihak. Terutama bagi pimpinan pada unit-unit di institusi pelayanan kesehatan seperti puskesmas, klinik kesehatan dan rumah sakit. Kebanyakan kasus telah merambah ke perkara pidana, seperti halnya tuduhan malpraktik yang ditujukan kepada para petugas kesehatan, terutama kepada dokter dan petugas paramedis.

Berbagai kejadian seperti cidera pada pasien saat proses pelayanan medis, angka keterjadiannya telah begitu tinggi. Hal ini terkait dengan kompleksitas jenis dan ragam risiko khususnya yang terjadi di rumah sakit. Selain itu, karakteristik rumah sakit yang berisi 4 jenis faktor risiko yang lengkap (faktor biologi, ergonomic, kimia dan fisika) tidak mudah dikendalikan, apalagi tanpa suatu program pengendalian yang sistematis. Terkait dengan permasalahan tersebut, perlu dilakukan pemberian pengetahuan yang memadai bagi para petugas kesehatan, khususnya bagi para pimpinan institusi kesehatan/rumah sakit. Banyak cara yang bisa diterapkan oleh rumah sakit untuk meminimalisir resiko.
