How do you successfully implement a strategic plan?

Our two day strategy implementation course covers the key areas required in strategy implementation and introduce the concept of a ‘strategy focused organization.’ We will then cover the balanced scorecard approach to managing strategy implementation and provide practical tips and techniques to dispel many of the myths of the balanced scorecard.

We will then focus on how to integrate strategy into key business processes such as budgeting and human resource goal setting. We will address issues such as aligning human resources with strategy and also will evaluate the merits (or otherwise) of performance linked rewards. The programme will then look at how to design innovative new reporting and develop a more effective monthly executive business review process.
