COURSE OVERVIEW:
Maintenance Planning and Scheduling of work orders is the hub of a well-functioning maintenance organization. In order for maintenance planning and scheduling to work, many other systems need to work well. Most importantly equipment inspections through preventive maintenance, technical database such as bill of materials, work order his-tory, and standard job plans. Maintenance spare part stores have to function well. Maintenance Planning and Scheduling is critical for every successful individual and company.
The focus are directed to concepts of Maintenance Management, establishing a healthy Maintenance program and Maintenance Planning and Scheduling procedures. Computer applications on maintenance planning and scheduling will be addressed too. Emphasis on various aspects of analytical techniques which have proved valuable in maintenance planning and scheduling. Most maintenance departments do not plan to fail, they simply fail to plan and therefore do indeed fail. The major reason behind failure to plan is that putting out today’s fires is given priority over planning for tomorrow – thereby insuring that future equipment failures will require reactive response. Preventive/Predictive Maintenance (PPM) is not conceived to put equipment in proper condition, but to maintain it in that condition from the time of acquisition or restoration. Proactive maintenance requires a cultural transition from a reactive to a proactive environment.

A valve may be defined as any device that stops, starts, or changes the direction of magnitude of any fluid flow or its pressure. INTRODUCTION:

This training course presents reactive power compensation and an overview of modern practices in raising efficiency of power systems through application of reactive power and voltage regulation.

This training course starts with discussion about the structure of power systems from a power plant to the customer, and typical power system voltages in different parts of the system. DESKRIPSI

Sehubungan dengan banyaknya kasus-kasus kebakaran akibat korsleting listrik atau pemeliharaan fasilitas listrik yg kurang memadai, bersama ini kami memperkenalkan tehnology dalam bidang Preventive Maintenance, yaitu menggunakan photo infrared thermography untuk menganalisa distribusi panas yang berlebih (OverHeating) pada titik-titik sambungan kabel, komponen listrik (Breaker, Capacitor, Contactor, Fuse, dll.) Tehnology pemeriksaan ini sangat aman dipakai (tidak ada efek samping, baik terhadap peralatan yg diperiksa ataupun lingkungan hidup disekitarnya), effective (langsung mendeteksi titik-titik overheatings & lokasinya) dan efficient (Pemeriksaan cepat, mudah dilakukan, dan tidak mengganggu operational peralatan yg diperiksa).

Technology infrared thermography mempergunakan camera infra merah untuk mendeteksi penyimpangan panas yang terjadi pada peralatan-peralatan listrik & mekanik (ME) yg sedang beroperasi. Setiap gejala kerusakan pada peralatan ME akan menimbulkan distorsi panas (Overheating) dibanding suhu normal operasinya. Pada pemeriksaan infrared akan diketahui secara tepat lokasi yg bermasalah, kondisi peralatan / komponen, mutu sambungan / koneksi kabel-kabel, dan kondisi titik-titik singgung rotary equipments. Dengan demikian perbaikan dapat dilakukan sebelum peralatan-peralatan tersebut mengalami kerusakan / kebakaran.

TUJUAN

  1. Peserta memahami konsep Preventive Maintenance untuk mengetahui dengan tepat lokasi titik-titik yg mengalami overheatings sehingga perbaikan dapat dilakukan sebelum kerusakan tersebut terjadi.
  2. Peserta mampu mendeteksi kebocoran pada pipa-pipa steam atau sambungannya (Flanges, Valves)
  3. Peserta mampu menindaklanjuti laporan Infrared untuk dipakai sebagai acuan sebelum melakukan perbaikan / overhaul, sehingga persiapan kebutuhan suku-cadang dan tenaga kerja dapat dilakukan dengan baik.

DESKRIPSI

Furnace atau dapur atau ruang bakar adalah suatu konstruksi yang dirancang sebagai tempat untuk mendapatkan proses pembakaran, yaitu proses reaksi secara cepat antara unsur/molekul yang terdapat pada bahan bakar dengan oksigen, sehingga menghasilkan kalor. Kalor yang diperoleh digunakan untuk memanaskan zat yang membutuhkan/dikehendaki. Heat exchanger atau alat penukar kalor adalah suatu peralatan yang berfungsi untuk memindahkan kalor dari suatu fluida ke fluida yang lain karena perbedaan temperatur. Berdasarkan mekanisme transfer kalornya, ada berbagai jenis/tipe heat exchanger. Jenis shell dan tube heat exchanger merupakan jenis heat exchanger yang paling bayak digunakan dalam industri. Grounding and bonding systems ensure that electrical systems are safe from electric shock and fires by limiting the voltage imposed by lightning, line surges, or unintentional contact with high voltage lines as well as a ground-fault.
