LATAR BELAKANG:

Fakta dilapangan dimana masih banyaknya dijumpai pertukaran informasi bisnis yang dilakukan dengan cara yang konvensional seperti memanfaatkan banyak kertas serta pertukaran informasi yang non digital , telah menyebabkan ketidakefisienan dalam dalam bisnis, khususnya yang berkaitan dengan pertukaran informasi bisnis. Persoalan ini tentu harus kita cari jalan keluarnya agar efisiensi dalam transaksi bisnis dapat ditingkatkan.

Dokumen Elektronik  dan Elektronik Data Interchange (EDI) merupakan dua wilayah yang terpisah dari pertukaran informasi.  Konsep dokumen digunakan sebagai informasi yang ditujukan bagi persepsi manusia. Itu berarti bahwa setiap saat kita menangani dokumen elektronik,  kita berurusan dengan isi data dan bagaimana cara data disajikan. Selain itu, Dokumen Elektronik tidak berkaitan begitu saja dengan interchange, tetapi juga merupakan obyek editing, manipulasi, pencetakan dan penyimpanan.

Kita memandang diperlukan strategi yang efektif antar organisasi  dan perlunya dibangun landasan pertukaran data melalui jaringan elektronik. COURSE DESCRIPTION

Vibration Analysis adalah sebuah metode untuk mendeteksi unbalance, misalignment, kebengkokan shaft, eccentric rotors, Pulley dan Belts dan sebagainya, selain itu juga mengetahui adanya resonansi, mechanical looseness, oil whirl, kerusakan bearing, permasalahan gear mesh, motor dan lainnya. Sedangkan Tribology and Oil Analysis didefinisikan sebagai gudangnya pengetahuan pada persentuhan permukaan pada pergerakan relative contohnya pada jurnal bearing dan pelumasnya. Dengan analisa partikel keausan dapat disimpulkan mengenai kondisi dari internal part. Pengujian tersebut juga membandingkan sifat kimia dan fisik terhadap minyak pelumas baru untuk mengetahui fungsinya sebagai pelumas masih normal atau tidak selain itu juga meliputi pemeriksaan viskositas, kandungan air dan zat aditif. Dalam pelatihan ini, akan dibahas mengenai implementasi Vibration Analysis dan Tribology untuk keperluan predictive maintenance secara detail mulai dari aspek teori hingga hal-hal yang bersifat terapan. Solid dielectric power cable systems are subject to higher voltages than ever before. Inadequate installation and testing of cable splices and terminations is the number one cause of failure (IEEE Std 493-2007 Table 10-33). Yet over the last few decades, cable splicing as a profession has declined as multi-crafting and departmental merges have made it just a function among many. Proper installation of cable splices and termina-tions drastically improves the lifetime of cables and prevents damage to downstream equipment and nearby personnel.
This hands-on course is intended for new or experienced electri-cians and technicians that install, maintain, repair or troubleshoot5-35 kV solid dielectric power cables. The student should have some field experience and basic knowledge of AC/DC electricity.

Learning Objectives:

Sejalan dengan pelaksanaan otonomi daerah maka timbul konsekuensi logis berupa tuntutan untuk menyelenggarakan pemerintahan berdasarkan manajemen keuangan yang sehat ( good governance). Keuangan daerah tidak hanya berkaitan dengan Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah (APBD), namun juga anggaran perusahaan yang tergabung dalam Badan Usaha Milik Daerah (BUMD) seperti yang diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 17 Tahun 2003 tentang Keuangan Negara, dan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 58 Tahun 2005 tentang Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah yang menyatakan bahwa kekayaan dipisahkan pada perusahaan daerah merupakan bagian dari kekayaan negara/daerah.

Secara umum pendirian BUMD dimaksudkan untuk memberikan kontribusi bagi perkembangan perekonomian daerah dan menjadi sumber pendapatan asli daerah (PAD), namun fakta menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar BUMD di Indonesia masih memiliki kinerja yang memprihatinkan. Salah satu alasan utamanya adalah manajemen yang belum dikelola dengan baik karena belum berjalannya fungsi perencanaan dan pengendalian serta masih belum dipahaminya prinsip transparansi dan akuntabilitas. Rencana Kerja dan Anggaran Perusahaan (RKAP) merupakan salah satu alat perencanaan dan pengendalian manajemen dan sekaligus sebagai media akuntabilitas manajemen. RKAP yang disiapkan secara matang, akan banyak membantu manajemen dalam memenuhi prinsip akuntabilitas dan transparansi, namun kelemahan dalam penyiapan RKAP juga dapat mempengaruhi kredibilitas manajemen.

Perencanaan kerja dan sistem anggaran dengan kombinasi pendekatan topdown dan bottom-up, mensyaratkan perlunya pemahaman terkoordinasi antara seluruh tingkatan manajemen, sehingga pelatihan penyiapan RKAP diharapkan dapat menyegarkan kembali konsep RKAP dan sekaligus mempertajam kemampuan manajemen dalam memahami mekanisme yang harus dilaksanakan dalam proses penyiapan RKAP.
