Management for Recruitment Training Pendahuluan Sebelum karyawan dapat direkrut untuk mengisi suatu jabatan tertentu, recruiter harus memiliki gambaran yang jelas tentang tugas-tugas dan kewajiban yang dipersyaratkan untuk mengisi jabatan yang ditawarkan. Tujuan dari rekrutment, seleksi dan penempatan adalah mencocokkan (to match) antara karakteristik individu (pengetahuan, ketrampilan, pengalaman, dan lain-lain) dengan persyaratan jabatan yang harus dimiliki individu tersebut dalam memegang suatu jabatan. Kegagalan dalam mencocokkan kedua hal tersebut dapat menyebabkan kinerja karyawan tidak optimal dan kepuasan kerja sangat rendah, sehingga tidak jarang hal ini membuat individu dan organisasi menjadi frustasi.
