Pelatihan Training of Trainer ini diarahkan agar peserta meningkatkan kemampuan untuk menjadi “trainer/fasilitator” yang handal sehingga mampu mengkontribusikan dalam bentuk sikap dan perilaku sebagai trainer/fasilitator yang profesional, yaitu: Mampu menganalisis dan merancang kebutuhan pelatihan, memahami prinsip dasar, model dan metode pelatihan, memiliki gaya mengajar serta memahami dimensi-dimensi efektifitas sebagai trainer yang disesuaikan dengan tuntutan situasi.

DESKRIPSI
Batubara terbentuk dari berbagai jenis tumbuhan dan terbentuk di berbagai kondisi lingkungan yang berbeda-beda. Hal tersebut menyebabkan batubara memiliki kualitas yang berbeda beda sekalipun berasal dari tambang yang sama. Kualitas batubara juga dipengaruhi oleh system penambangan dan handlingnya. Di sisi lain, dalam bisnis batubara, kualitas merupakan faktor yang sangat penting karena kualitas batubara menentukan harga jual dari batubara itu sendiri.
Di tambang batubara, quality control bertujuan untuk memonitor kualitas batubara yang diproduksi dan juga untuk mengatur kualitas batubara agar sesuai dengan spesifikasi yang ditentukan dalam kontrak jual beli batubara dengan cara blending management. Sedangkan di pihak end user seperti di Power Plant misalnya, quality control bertujuan untuk memonitor kualitas batubara yang dikirim oleh supplier sekaligus untuk mengatur agar kualitas batubara yang dimasukan ke dalam plant sesuai dengan spesifikasi yang sudah didesign atau ditentukan. Pengetahuan mengenai kualitas batubara dan pengetahuan mengenai teknik atau tata cara quality control batubara mutlak diperlukan dalam implementasi quality control baik di tambang maupun di pihak end user.

Get comprehensive coverage of grounding system design procedures for safety and lightning shielding. Start with a simplified coverage of the basic principles in grounding design, followed by a step-by-step design procedure.
Explore soil characterization, including soil testing methods, data interpretation and a workshop. Discuss modeling requirements and data preparation procedures for substation ground system design and lightning shielding. Discuss practical examples and see demonstrations of design procedures with three examples of realistic systems — (a) a generation substation, (b) a transmission substation, (c) a distribution substation.
Investigate options for controlling ground potential rise, touch and step voltages. Quantify the influence of grounding systems on nearby pipes, fences and buildings with the use of the WinIGS program. Discuss design procedures to limit transfer voltages to safe levels. Design the lightning shielding system for these substations to minimize the risk from lightning overvoltages.
