Deskripsi Training Manajemen Perpajakan

Tidak sedikit perusahaan yang menganggap pajak sebagai biaya yang dapat menurunkan daya beli, cashflow dan return perusahaan, sehingga wajar bila kemudian pihak manajemen perlu menemukan strategi agar dapat dilakukan penghematan. Selama ini langkah penghematan dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan celah-celah dari undang-undang dan peraturan pajak (tax loophole). Oleh sebab itulah, agar perusahaan tidak terjebak pada penghindaran pajak (tax avoidance) yang illegal serta memiliki kecakapan manajerial dalam mengelola pajak maka mereka memerlukan penguasaan pada Manajemen Perpajakan (Tax Management).

Manajemen perpajakan dapat membantu untuk lebih efektif dan efesien dalam mengambil keputusan organisasi yang dapat mengurangi beban pajak yang ditanggung oleh perusahaan sehingga perusahaan dapat mencapai titik laba dan likuiditas yang optimal. Pendahuluan

Tantangan persaingan global dan perkembangan perusahaan akan senantiasa menuntut perubahan dalam konsep dan metode system akuntansinya. Untuk itulah maka penerapan activity based costing yang telah terbukti efektifitasnya menjadi pilihan banyak perusahaan. Activity Based Costing (ABC) merupakan suatu sistem akuntansi yang berfokus pada aktivitas-aktivitas yang dilakukan untuk menghasilkan produk dan jasa. Dasar pemikiran pendekatan penentuan biaya ini adalah bahwa produk atau jasa perusahaan dilakukan oleh aktivitas dan aktivitas yang dibutuhkan tersebut menggunakan sumber daya yang menyebabkan timbulnya biaya. ABC system timbul akibat dari kebutuhan manajemen akan informasi akuntansi yang mampu mencerminkan konsumsi sumber daya dalam berbagai aktivitas untuk menghasilkan produk. Dengan memahami aktifitas yang terjadi, maka dapat diketahui aktifitas mana saja yang tidak memilik nilai tambah sehingg cost dapat dieliminasi.

Work Shop ini akan memberikan gambaran kepada peserta bagaimana menyusun sebuah ABC system. Peserta akan dibimbing bagaimana melakukan identifikasi biaya berdasarkan sifat dan prilakunya, yang kemudian digunakan dalam merancang ABC dan kemudian digunakan dalam mengelola cost hingga melakukan reduction cost. Keunikan dan perbedaan workshop ini adalah menunjukan kepada peserta bahwa ABC system dapat digunakan untuk reduction cost, tidak hanya pemahaman atas ABC System.

PENGANTAR

Dalam rangka perwujudan dan pelakasanaan Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia nomor 44 tahun 2009 tentang Rumah Sakit serta Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan R I nomor1684/MENKES/PER/XII/2005 tentang Organisasi dan Tata Kerja Rumah Sakit maka rumah sakit perlu membentuk keberadaan suatu Satuan Pengawasan Internal. Tujuan pokok dari suatu pemeriksaan internal adalah membantu agar para anggota organisasi dapat melaksanakan tanggung jawabnya secara efektif. Lebih luas lagi bahwa komponen sistem dapat berfungsi efektif sehingga sistem berjalan sebagaimana yang diharapkan. Supaya tidak terjadi kesenjangan dalam hal komunikasi audit maka pemeriksa internal lebih banyak menempatkan diri untuk membantu para anggota organisasi dalam menilai kinerja dan mengatasi persoalan atau hambatan yang terjadi sehingga dapat berfungsi secara efektif dan kinerja menjadi optimal. Hasil penelitian hubungan persepsi pegawai tentang audit internal dengan efektifitas audit internal di rumah sakit dan menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan.

Dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan rumah sakit dan perluasan jangkauan pelayanan pada masyarakat, status rumah sakit pemerintrah dialihkan menjadi perusahaan jawatan (Perjan). Namun begitu konsekuensinya, perilaku dan manajemen rumah sakit termasuk para petugas harus berubah dari birokratis menjadi manajemen perusahaan. Agar rumah sakit Perjan mampu memberi pelayanan bermutu dan mampu bersaing secara sehat dengan rumah sakit swasta, semua petugas di rumah sakit harus mengubah sikap dan perilaku menjadi petugas yang trampil dan profesional. SPI yang bertugas memeriksa keuangan dan operasional rumah sakit, memberi saran perbaikan dan bertanggung jawab ke direksi. Dengan adanya SPI rumah sakit mampu meningkatkan mutu pelayanan dan mengembangkan manajemen agar lebih efisien dan efektip, terutama dalam pengelolaan dana. Sedangkan pelayanan yang baik dan bermutu dapat dilihat dari, waktu tunggu pasien lebih singkat, petugas medis lebih ramah dan lebih perhatian. Kegiatan pengawasan fungsional dan percepatan good governence di rumah sakit diperlukan mengingat dalam pandangan internasional Indonesia menduduki tempat pertama dalam korupsi.

Pertumbuhan ekonomi yang mulai menampakkan hasil positif sekarang ini haruslah dihadapi dengan kesiapan untuk “berubah” dan keberhasilan dalam proses perubahan itu sendiri menuntut kemampuan dalam mengadopsi nilai-nilai pengetahuan dan praktek-praktek kegiatan rumah sakit yang berporos pada good governance. Dalam proses yang berlangsung secara cepat tersebut, posisi auditor internal sebagai pelindung asset rumah sakit sangatlah strategis sehingga ia harus berada dan berperan dalam setiap tahap perubahan (baca: perkembangan) kegiatan rumah sakit. Bagaimana seharusnya auditor internal berperan dan memposisikan dirinya dalam pertumbuhan rumah sakit yang diperkirakan akan mengalami tingkat akselerasi tertinggi beberapa tahun ke depan ini?

Oleh karena itu dalam suatu RS dibutuhkan auditor yang mampu menyusun rencana audit yang lengkap dan jelas, prosedur dan instruksi kerja yang terdokumentasi serta memiliki kompetensi untuk menghasilkan laporan hasil audit secara benar dan tidak memihak yang harus dilengkapi dokumentasi dan komunikasi serta tindakan koreksi yang efektif dan tepat waktu. Hal ini dapat dicapai melalui kombinasi dari pendidikan, pelatihan serta pengalaman kerja Dalam rangka memahami kedudukan, tugas pokok, fungsi serta kegiatan audit internal dalam entitas Rumah Sakit maka perlu dilakukan peningkatan kompetensi melalui pelatihan Internal Audit Rumah sakit. Organizations are in a constant state of flux. This can create uncertain, complex, and ambiguous environments for the people who work within them at the individual, team, and organizational level. This two-day course aims to provide a solid introduction to the principles of air conditioning and refrigeration. The course will provide a basic understanding of the types of air conditioning systems, applications and operating principles including both refrigeration and chilled water systems as well as basic ventilation needs and equipment. A key element of this course is to provide a thorough understanding of the fundamentals of the vapour compression refrigeration system, how it works, the key components and the characteristics of refrigerants.  The tuition will also introduce the student to the pressure/enthalpy chart and psychrometrics.

COURSE DESCRIPTION

During the three days of this course, students will learn the requirements for safe installation, pressure testing, charging and leak testing of refrigeration systems using fluorinated gases. The course will cover both installation and commissioning with the final section considering the maintenance requirements for refrigeration and water-based systems, including scheduling, record-keeping and legislation.

Latar Belakang Training Internal Control Understanding COSO  :

Saat ini organisasi sangat concern terhadap 4 (empat) hal yaitu Control, Risk Management, Governance & Assurance. Perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan tentang Internal Control dalam suatu organisasi sangat pesat. Hal ini terkait dengan kelemahan Internal Control  di organisasi yang sering dimanfaatkan oleh pihak internal maupun eksternal organisasi untuk melakukan kecurangan (fraud). Pembahasan konsep  Internal Control COSO framework ini dikaitkan dengan Sarbanes – Oxley Act (SOA). Enron Gate , WorldCom, Adelphia, TICO dll ataupun beberapa bank di Indonesia pasca krisis moneter beberapa tahun yang lalu telah memberi pelajaran betapa pentingnya system control yang efektif dan corporate governance harus dilakukan demi menyelamatkan organisasi (perusahaan). Oleh karena itu Internal Control Systems harus mampu mengadopsi nilai-nilai dari aspek manusia dan lingkungan dalam komponen yang memungkinkan para auditor dapat bekerjasama dengan auditeee (manajemen operasional) dalam mengidentifikasi risiko yang dihadapi suatu organisasi, dalam hal inilah maka Control Self Assessment (CSA) menjadi alternatif yang paling relevan untuk diimplementasikan.

Pemilihan supplier yang tepat merupakan salah satu kunci keberhasilan  dalam proses pengadaan barang. Kriteria pemilihan supplier tidak hanya difokuskan pada biaya yang paling murah, namun juga pada beberapa kriteria lain yang mendukung tercapainya tujuan  pengadaan. Dalam pandangan  sistem pengadaan modern, supplier   dipandang  sebagai mitra kerja yang turut  berpartisipasi dalam pencapaian tujuan perusahaan. Tugas bagian pengadaan adalah melakukan penilaian  kinerja supplier (Supplier Performance Assessment) secara objective dan komprehensif dengan mempertimbangkan semua kriteria  yang  relevan. Salah satu kriteria yang  secara mendalam akan dibahas adalah konsep Total Cost of Ownership (sering juga disebut Lyfe cycle cost analysis) dalam pemilihan supplier.  Total Cost of Ownership merupakan analisis ekonomi dari sebuah alat (equipment) atau  fasilitas  dengan mempertimbangkan semua biaya  yang muncul selama umur hidup  kepemilikan dari alat/equipment tersebut,tidak hanya harga beli tetapi juga  biaya pemeliharaan, penggantian, biaya disposal dll. Total cost of ownership  menjadi konsep penting  karena dalam pemilihan supplier biasanya yang dipakai sebagai kriteria utama adalah harga beli (purchasing cost) yang pada kenyataannya hanya merupakan bagian  dari total biaya sebuah alat/equipment. Dengan  kata lain dapat dinyatakan bahwa harga penawaran yang murah dari supplier belum tentu merupakan pilihan terbaik bila dilihat dari keseluruhan biaya yang harus ditanggung oleh pembeli.
